This is open to all clinicians, scientists and resident or post-graduate students.
The registration fee is $US 450 and includes attendance at the 2 day convention as well as breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the two days.
Residents, fellows and postgraduate students may register for $US 400 but must FAX an institutional supportive letter to 1-604-875-4701.
ITEDS professional members may register for $US 400; Annual membership fee for ITEDS is $ 50 so please consider joining ITEDS now and then registering for the meeting for the reduced rate.
Full refunds are available for cancellations prior to April 15, 2013.

June 28, 2013 Friday night dinner cruise:
The primary convention social event is a 3-hour dinner cruise through Vancouver Harbour.
The entire boat is reserved for the conference, providing a nice opportunity to meet new friends as well as to see the sights of the harbour and a sunset over the Pacific Ocean.
Family members or guests are welcome (cost is $100 / person): you may order tickets together with the meeting registration above, or individually purchase tickets for this event through this link.
